We can only offer returns for kendamas that have not been played. If you have received the wrong order, or you changed your mind and want a different kendama of the exact same value, then we can do a return. Please send an email to support@solkendamas.com and we can figure out a solution.

We can only offer refunds for kendamas that haven't been played. If you have played your kendama, we cannot refund your order. To receive a refund, you must ship the full order back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
