Hailed as 'Kendama's most caffeinated event', the Brew Battle was held in Calgary, AB, from September 10th to 12th, 2021. The contest included Beginner and Intermediate Speed Ladders, Amateur and Pro Open Division, and a Freestyle to go out with a bang. The event also hosted vendors, mini-games, and an onsite barista. Sol Kendama's was proud to be a Platinum Sponsor for the 2021 Brew Battle as Adam McNeil, who also hosts the kendama podcast The Brewview, is a huge supporter of ours and he rightfully gained our support through his modest and generous community efforts.
We even supplied the coffee, our Sol Blend and Rocket Blend that the onsite barista was to brew for every coffee crazed kendama player attending the event.
We are happy to say that Sol Pro Kevin DeSoto took home the Freestyle 1st Place prize making all of us here at Sol HQ super proud!
